Construction Timeline

Construction is already underway, with the new Ghost Light Pub set to open in late 2024. The entire project is scheduled for completion by the end of 2026.

A huge thanks go out to Erstad Architects for the renderings shown below and all the fantastic design work for BCT’s Setting the Stage Capital Improvements.

Here, you see 3 early visualizations of BCT’s new Ghost Light Pub to open in December 2024:

Ghost Light Pub Bar Rendering by Erstad Architects

We’ve worked closely with Erstad and our contractors at Jordan Wilcomb Construction to amplify the final outcome with upgrades in finishes and furniture.

Expect to be wowed with a mahogany bar back and front, lit wine lockers with wine storage inserts, pressed tin ceilings and state-of-the-art bar equipment & design by Bargreen Ellingson

The entrance includes floor-to-ceiling wall displaying BCT memorabilia, comfy leather booths to seat 4-6 and sip a glass of wine or beer while conversing about that night’s play, enjoying a performance of local artists on the pub stage or unwinding after a long day.

Exposed, original 1920s seed warehouse brick walls, original maple flooring, huge original windows along 9th street, tables seating 2, 4, and 6 guests at a time, and a moveable stage to enjoy local singer-songwriters, poets, comics, and more make the Ghost Light Pub the place before and after a show.

How to Support
With $2 million still needed to reach the campaign goal, BCT invites businesses,
foundations, families, and individuals to contribute to this transformative initiative.
