Refund and Exchange Policy
All tickets are non-refundable, but exchanges to a different date within the run of the same show may be made.

All exchanges must be requested 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled performance.

Ludus Refund Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Boise Contemporary Theater). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable.
